I was banned for what reason?

i have played many hours on your server , for the most part the rles are very simple to follow, however your server admins need to apply the equally. I had previously registared a complaint about Pineapple joes play of rapeing the uncap us carrier when there us had no flaGS , NOTHING  was done except to say dont do that. this was a repeated over and over rape over a course of 5 minutes with him claiming he didnt know or some such thing. I had been advised that he had played there many times and knew the rules of play and there should be no excuse. nothing was done .
I entered the server this morning , and got on a transport , then I entered the transport there were 2 china bases left the person flyong the chopper flew to the south beach and we were engaged with a missle from won of your TFC members I answered back with machine gun fire from the transport chopoper.I Killed that member. then I bailed and went around to the bunker and was banned by your TFC member for team killing?..... whats that all about? that seems like a pissed off player that got killed taking the admin postion into a very bad light.
You may have guessed from my title what I did in Army, yes I am a retired Master Sargent and I am a team player. I can not imagine a rule that says that you can not return fire if you are under attack.
Thats exactly what I did, We were under rocket fire ,I took out the rocketeer.
It just seems that some admins take a dim view of being killed and others dont care at all if your based raped in spawn at the carrier over and over and over for 5 minutes, even after switching below deck Pineapple Joe then machine guned me at the boats / So If I maight enquire as to the reason for the ban, and to ask for it to be reviewed, and then a reason why a gross breaking of the base rape was ignored with not even a kick to the player......but I get banned for killing a TFC player , who must have admin privilages?.......please review that ban .....thanl you respectfully submitted  .....Ret  Master Sargent US Army    { 1/2 ACR  Camp Gates , Bindlach the Rock, and Fort Jackson )

please disreagrd typos as I am blind in one eye from a IED explosion and in order to be able to play I have to use a 60 in hd screen, to see the the letters I type is not easy even on that size screen. I alos have issues hitting the right keys as a result of my injury, I will hit ajoining keys...sorry for the problem. I do what I can, thats one of the reasons I play a commander most of the time, because I have problems seeing the small things even on the big screen....thanks for the ban review

It was for attacking last flag on beach with the blackhawk.

I am the one who shot the chopper.
You were banned, when it should have been a kick.
My mistake. BUT.

Do not accuse me of this. I take great offense to this comment. I have never in my MANY years of playing BF2 ever kicked someone because they killed me. Attempting to insult me is not the way to get your issue dealt with.

It was last flag. We also received arty seconds after you attacked last flag. That person was also kicked.

There is such a rule, it's called no air or arty on the last flag.

We can not see everything all the time. I will not kick you because one guy says you did something.
If I see it personally, then yes, of course, you will be kicked.
Do not act like you were treated unfairly. We go to great lengths to manage this server and deal with infractions of the rules, while trying to play ourselves.

to make a point , NOT to  cause issue please review thw battle cam I was in a transport I thought , and I was not driving, I was a gunner, ao to be clear , if we are at the last flag and the players at the last flag fire at us, we are in a transport ,we can not return fire?...just want to be clear on that issue.....

I really thought I was in a troop transport chopper , went back to review the BattleCam and there was NO battle Cam footage on my end ......I do have the battle Cam footage from the Pineapple Joe occurance.....but strange that there is no footage file from the 10 th at all.....

I try to be factual in reporting, but like everyone , we all get a little peved if we are banned for less than what has happened to us ,on the same server in the past.....that was the point I was trying to make, however, the written word is allways easyer to misjudge the authors intent than a converstaion is.
I do think that if a last flag is launching a missle at you FROM the last flag , then that ONE player should be fair game,
BUT....the rules are yours.....and they need to be followed or changed.

My apologys if it came off totally wrong, but please try to see it from my view, we were fired upon ,I returned fire. thats what I saw.....again if I could have reviewed the battle cam and saw it was a blackhawk I was in , ( when I boarded it I was in a back seat) I thought it was a transport, as the gunner normally sits up front )I would have thought differently , but still would have objected to the ban...
EVERYONE makes mistakes in the heat of battle, I know, I wrote many a letter to a parent or spouse about mistakes ....they were usually begain with  We regret to inform you , or the normal death letter the old man had to sign.....not fun and never easy

Is not fair game.
No change will be made on the last flag rule.
The reason for the last flag rule is to avoid the constant rape with jets and chopper over the last flag instead of trying to capture it.
The no attack with air vehicles over last flag give chinese team a chance to recover, the same way when a boxer is down, you cant keep hitting the boxer while he is down.

Dont worry, We all make mistakes, specially on a rule that is not a regular rule in other servers.
