Unban request

I am resubmitting this unban request as it seems I didnt do it right last night.

Around 1155 pm EST I was playing on the China side, flying an jet when dano457 (on the US side) posted a claim in global chat that I'd TK'd him by shooting him through the cockpit. He then told me not to f*** with him around the same time that I shot him down repeatedly (I was camping the carrier). US had flags on the island, so I do not believe I was in rule violation, and I did not at any time that night TK anyone. About five-to-ten minutes after he posted that I'd TK'd him I was banned for TK- I'm not sure by which admin.

I do get mouthy during the game at times, and I did make a few remarks back to him (I'm sure it can all be found via log) but I reiterate that I did not TK anyone, and I don't believe I was in violation of your server rules. If I was, or if this ban is in regards to something else entirely, then it's your server and you get to choose who plays there. I just wanted to be clear on the reason.

Sorry killedateammate a regular player told me you had repeatedly team killed him. My bad for believing him, he's lost all credibility so that won't happen again.

For my part, I'll tone down my commentary in regards to the server and it's admins- I'm sure that would go towards establishing some credibility of my own.

i just read this post..........If i say a person on the other team tked me he did............maybe my computer saw him as red...............my creditability stands...........i apologized already to oh and check his name......killateammate.........i have had fun on this server and could care less about points....only how i can help mt team AND have fun..........................

He was sniping at carrier killling you while you were waiting for the chopper.

if I wrongly accused someone it would be the first time.and I would like to extend my apology ............I am not in the habit of being an ass.................ask any TFC member......and I hope I am compatible with everyone............if not I would agree as a private server kick whoever is disrupting the fun of the game..............hell I even compliment people on the other team if they have a killer shot [at me].....i am in this for the fun, not the drama or attitude and I believe I am very fair and get along well with everybody, TFC members and all others. Good servers for BF2 are few, I would like to continue to to play here. I am 54 years old a husband and a father. I can play any game I choose but BF2 seems to be the most entertaining game for what little time I have to spend .The last thing I am going to do is fuck that up. you have a fun server , good people and I look forward to blasting and being blasted at TFC. Today 21-07-2011, The user listed above Killedateammate was on the server at 16:50.

Even though there was no other people on the server, I was practicing my flying on the server as well as trying to populate it. I was repeatedly gunned down, and kicked from his squad for no reason. The video attached proves that killedateammate should not be allowed on the TFC server seeing how he just causes drama and problems.

Please consider terminating killedateammate.

There is no reason to terminate him.
As a courtesy he should stop tking you if you asked him to let you practice.

I did not know that rules do not apply in pregame. Thank you for letting me know.

in my case, I did ask him to stop at 0:32 in the video.

I agree with both garret and Hardest, yes there are no rules until game officially starts, and if you are just practicing as we all do when time allows and the game has not started, it is only courteous to let one have there time without someone being a jerk.....................

I apologize if my behavior pre-game amounted to a disruption.

Having said that, I'm sure that a different topic could have been started rather then jumping onto another issue that was resolved over a month ago. When considering this poster's other unsolicited contributions to conversations between admins and ban appeal(ers), it seems more of a high-handed attempt to exacerbate the issue rather then resolve it. Once again though, it is the TFC server and TFC maintains authority over who does or does not play on it.

It is good to have discussion, it makes for better communication between each other and should also therefore make for better game play.
