I got banned!

I went to join TFC today and it says I'm banned. This could be for any number of things I do in the server I'm sure, but it would be fun to
play with you guys more, so if you have it in your hearts to unban me, I'd love to come heli-whore some more.
Hello to 420chucknorris, HardestHitter, Descartes, cowman, Kooda, plb, and everyone else who I don't have room for that has to put up with me being in their squad.

You were banned for glitching inside buildings

While it is against your rules, I wasn't doing it to gain any advantage, no kills made, rounds delayed, that type of thing.
I remember doing that yesterday when it was about 4 of us left in the server to mess around.
So I guess all I can do is ask that you find it in your heart to let me back in =)

Only a few people was playing but the round was a valid round.
When you decided to glitch inside the building a screenshot was taken.
The screenshot taken did not show you inside the building.
The screenshot taken showed a frozen image of a list of servers and that could be related to the use of hacks.
You have been acussed of using hacks in this server and in other servers.
glitching + suspect of being a hacker + a screenshot taken not showing what you are really doing = ban stays

If there's any way to prove this I'd be happy to,
never cheated in my life and that's how I intend to stay.

was that certain screenshot plugins we used wouldn't work if the player
had certain rendering options enabled (e.g. Anti-aliasing or
more than 8 samples of anisotropic filtering)
You guys are really fun to play with, and I'd hate to have to stop
because I chose to j-10 glitch into the buildings at airfield
I humbly beg you to reconsider.

We are aware of that and this is not the case.

I don't think my opinion matters (as not being a member or anything with the clan) in blancos decision, but i have to give my input on this as I do have strong feelings towards this ban.

I've flown for halo in the chopper countless times, as I have with other TFC members. His skill is on par with other highly skilled players, some in TFC with relation to the chopper and I've never seen him do anything suspicious. If the screenshot was taken while his game was minimized and he was checking something on the net that has to do with IPs or servers, would it not explain the screnshot?

At the very least, he should be unbanned for observation as I've seen done in the past with other ban appeals.

That's my $0.02, it's been good killing with ya halo brother, hope to do it again.

No
When the game is minimized what you get is a black screenshot with a message "screen capture failed"
This is not the case.

I have had a study of his stats and his stats are SCREAMING..... chopper whore, chopper whore, chopper whore. There is nothing in his stats to support "Highly Skilled Player"
