i was banned

hey guys im gomez3420, i used to play in ur server for a lil bit since im friends with madmullet and the rest of the guys from TSH...idk how but i go to join the server and it says i was banned by a server admin...idk how i was banned i follow the rules and join to play with mully...i would like to b unbanned so that i can join him again...thanks

just curious if anyone has looked into the matter?

could the person that banned him,please explain why it was done.I feel that if you ban someone you should atleast explain your reasoning to that person,my 2 bits worth.

To be honest. I dont know if you hack or not.
You were banned because of the way you were easily killing enemies when you were gunning in the chopper and you screenshots were not clear.
I will lift the ban for now and you will continue being analyzed.

thanks ...if u want ill provide u with my guid so u can find me better on pbbans and pb...i only have 6 alias do to clan switches for leagues...im a legit player and a gunner in twl for both TSH at one time and now nM...thanks again for the ban lift

I have your guid and I checked it on pbbans and punksbusted.
not being on pbbans and/or punksbusted does not mean a player is not hacking.
only means a player has not been caught yet.

true...which i can ensure u that i wont get caught for any hacks, cause i dont. i've been using the same guid for years and havent had trouble being called a hacker until i got better from playing in leagues...i dont get why people cant accept the idea that there are people that are better skill wise than others...look at athletes the more skill one has the better the pay.

in honesty, i mean this in no disrespect, did you ever think that there may be people that are good with out hacks at the game? my stats reflect no hacks just 5 long years of perfecting my skills at the game. u guys run an awesome server but i feel like since the game is dying out everyone accuses a good player of hacking...i just dont get it

Of course, we have some of those players.
Most of us have thousands of hours playing.
We have our internal procedure to decide if somebody is hacking.
With all the new hacks not being detected we decide if a player is hacking according to our experience.
Like I said, you were banned for suspect of hacking only this time.
We will apply our internal policy about hacks to you or any other player.

thats fine i would like to see you in our server tho... is your specs not capable of handling it? I sent you an invite. so add me and we will do it sometime. its not that hard to broadcast so we can do it anytime. we will post when and where in the forums for anyone who wants to watch.

I've played with gomez in TWL league for TSH, and he is very hard to beat on the ground as infantry, very skilled player and would not need to hack ever.

I explained you before we have our own internal policy.
I have 2,800 hrs played in wake.
And this time, the other admin who agreed you were hacking has 4,100 hrs played in wake.
I was TSH too, I played in TWL leagues too.
I know what those TWL servers use to detect hacks and they are a joke now.
Nobody investigates now for new hacks and that is why we have our own policy and what I did was just applied that policy to you.

So is it a apart of policy to make hackusations without legitamite evidence? Is it apart of policy to ban players that are better than others? Just like u have many hrs n wake I have many hrs in infy so to call me a hack for developing my ground game without significant evidence isn't right. I too used to spend my time in the air and suck at infy but when I got away from wake is wen my ground game excelled..u wont really understand until u get away from wake....but ill provide evidence that will prove me innocent also ill have my clan leader. who was a member of the ant
i cheat team in Cal and twl provide further evidence of my innocence. .all I ask is u provide measureable evidence of my crime

also here are some pics of my scores while in TSH wake...which was about 3 yrs ago...if u think i hack honestly i've been good in wake since the TSH days and been cheat free since i bought the game.

also my ping in ur server is 23...which gives me a big edge over people with higher pings, since the server is closer to me...the info from my computer will ping off the server faster than most of urs...resulting in more info being read and better hit reg

I don't think u really competed just cuz ur on a roster for two doesn't mean u played tsh is a sub par team to compare playing with them to actually good teams is quite funny...also in Cal we had to install anti cheat software and place it on everytime we played like I wrote in a pm to u gblanco I have more he's in this game that anyone in ur clan...I played in many unranked servers for league play which doesn't show the time actually played since it's unranked. ...I ask for proof and no one provided adequate proof...just becuz 3 admins vote I'm a hacker u can't convict me of a crimes I did not commit I would like to request a hearing with u in a vent of ur Choice to prove to u my innocence. mem

Excuse me but this is not just your affair, hacking involves our whole clan. And does not involve anybody you have played with in the past.
And you saying Gblanco probably never played for the team and was only on the roster and played for a sub par team. Simply shows me you think you're better than everybody else [a typical hacker Character trait]
And how they hell do you think showing screen shots of unusually high scores is helping your case?
And yes just because three clan mates decided you are hacking Is enough to convict you hear.
