unban me please

I was banned today because of multiple black screen shots. i got kicked a few times before which I feel stupid for, each time station "turn off your AA, to many BS" the first time I was kicked I was like wtf does AA mean? so I joined again. I got kicked again and realized that he meant Anti-Aliasing. So I went to my video options and turned it off, and I had to reset my game. I joined and didn't realize that for some reason my settings didn't change. I got kicked again and went to my video options again, this time I clicked apply(I was tired after a long day okay?). After resetting my game I tried to join and It said I was banned.

I know this sounds kind of stupid, but please forgive me.

sniper is a regular player on the server right?
when the admin that banned him gets on and reads it over i think he should lift it... unless he was doing impossible shots.

you got the ban for multiple black screen shots i was giving you the opportunity to turn your aa off it kept comming up black so you got the ban.i dont have a problem with an unban as long as your screen shots can be analyzed and are not black. i hate to put put a ban out i dont like doing it but as a standard protocall you could say you left me no choice.

Ban was lifted and future screenshots will be analyzed.
