Today i was in the Cobra and i blew up the blackhawk and then killa and pizzacompop sapanwed and baned me for nothing i know about the bad thing i've done but no one was using it! when it blew up 2 people spawned please unban me if your noble to know me but it was an accident please unban me have a good day!

You just got the greatest gift from Blanco, a second chance. In fact Killa and Stockman both were suprised to see you in game and commented they thought you were banned. I explained what Blanco did for you then told you(and I wasn't the only member either) that tld you in COM this was a tall order and to act right and even good luck. I don't dislike you but after last night I cannot accept your continuing disrespect or disregard to what members have told you to do.

You are not only immature but a liar too. You know exactly what happened. I spawned on the deck to see you shooting up our asset the Blackhawk. When you saw me spawn you stopped shooting. I spawned from the forward side of the super-structure which happened to be at your 12o'clock even though you were shooting at your 2o'clock, you saw me and you know this. Part of being mature is not only doing what your told but listening but telling the truth no matter what. When you saw me running to it you decided to start gunning it again until it blew up in my face. You saw me cause u said right after that, "did u want that". Not sorry or I am being an r-tard but "did u want that." It didn't matter if I wanted it or not. That helo was one of US methods to get off the deck and get to the island and an asset.

i also think its the greatest gift from blanco u should have been ban u was ban befor and they said perm. next then blanco was nice enough to unban u i think u should atleast say thx to him for doing that and move on and find another server u dont get ban on hopefully

cpt.farva, in spite of what you may think of this clan at the moment, we really are a friendly group or else we wouldn't even be having this conversation -- you would be gone; end of story. I think we value young people who show promise of maturing into good players. However, we also require respect -- for each other, and for the rules.

So, please sit back and think about all the things people have been saying about this ban. What do you hear in their comments? That they hate you? Absolutely not. That they are very frustrated that you didn't step up to the special 2nd chance that you were given? Absolutely. You were treated special -- given a gift, as one member put it. So I am deeply disappointed that you did not treat this special gift with the respect and honor I think it deserves, and I think others here would agree.

I also feel for our founder. He must make the final decision, and I can't imagine it's an easy one for him. You see, it isn't just about you. He also has to consider all the other players who have become frustrated and could easily go somewhere else to play... Think about it.

However, my concern is also for you. Maybe your actions were done simply out of immaturity and "the heat of the moment", or maybe they were out of blatant disrespect. I don't know and can't know. The one thing I do know is that some kids keep getting lots of "second chances" at other things and end up never learning. And that's something I'd hate to see for you -- to not learn from this.

I know you're "only" 10, but I've paid attention to what you say. From that I know you're intelligent and you seem to have good intentions. So I hope you'll take the following to heart: please work on being more responsible. By that I mean always trying to do the right thing, always admitting when you mess up, and never assuming you'll get another chance. If you can do that, then you will have my respect, regardless if the ban is lifted, and you will take a step towards becoming a man. I hope you take that step.

i really agree with old man but you got a second chance do u see other people get a third chance.I dont see/hear people your age (like me 2) dont get mad and kill people on purpose so i think u should keep the ban. But in the future i hope on another server (or this server if u get a 3rd chance) learn your mistakes

The kid didn't TK, FTK, ARTY the carrier, AIR ATTACK the last flag, etc... our essential game rules.
He blew up up an empty chopper, essentially actingf immaturely and breaking the "no wasting assets" rule.
Perhaps can he be given another chance and put on a tight leach AFTER a 1 month ban?

Drums, you are talking about the 2nd ban.
You dont know what he did when I banned him the first time.

but regardless of what he did on the first ban ( because he was given a second chance and forgiven for it) were his actions on the second ban disruptive enough to deserve permanent ban?
