banned for hacking?!?!?!

Hi guys,
Just been playing on your wake server and have been treated to a ban. I understand why this is, my name is showing up on pbbans for all sorts of crap. I talked to a freind who is good with this sort of thing and he has told me my account has been spoofed. someone has hacked my account to make it look like i am a hacker.
its easy to see an american Ip has done this and my ip is english as i am from england. ive read a couple of other emails and it seems you guys jump to conclusions and make descisions without actually speaking to the player.
i dont appreciate being labelled a hacker and i know its my problem to get this cleared with pbbans.
ive only been back playin bf2 for a few weeks so i havent really gotten round to it. anyways please have a closer look and you will see i am not a hacker. ive been banned and unbanned from a few servers now because ive had to do this same explanation. bbuk and ukm wake server for instance. once the admin looked closer and saw i have been spoofed then they lifted the ban. i hope you do the same or obviously you wont see me again or any of my clan members.

First, the way you were killing players were suspicious and that is why we checked your history in pbbans and punksbusted.
And yes... you have been banned previously and that is why you were banned.

When a player is incorrectly banned, a ban appeal on those sites is the correct procedure to clean your name.
They are the only ones with attributes to clean your incorrect ban from your history.

Meanwhile, we dont allow players with previous bans.

as i asked you to do. it is plain to see i have been spoofed. It has been worded to me that only a 'noob admin' would be fooled by this
as it clear that my ip wasnt the one using the hacks and so not to worry as my account wont be reset like confirmed hackers are.
a lot of people have had their accounts spoofed and it is really frustrating to have people accuse and label u as a cheater when you have done nothing wrong. Also there was nothing suspicious about my gameplay. I dropped bombs repeatedly on heli as it spawned.
Hardly very tactical or skilled as you should well know by playing the game for so long.
If u continue to leave my account banned i shall not pursue this matter any further.
There are many other servers which welcome fair players even with an obviously spoofed account.
UKM and BBUK and WIW to name a few. I will be speaking with EA or PB or whoever i need to, once i find out what i need to do.
Im not meaning to be rude but your clan hardly lives up to their name.

You can use tools to hide your real ip.
All players with previous bans we ban, comes here and use the same argument.
"I am innocent, somebody spoofed my account."

Clean your name first and we can talk about friendship later.

A freind of mine worded it to me that only a 'noob admin' would be fooled by this spoofing (hence the inverted comma).
As he obviously hasnt checked deeper into the information then it obviously wasn't aimed toward him.
'The un-freindly clan' was a bit of light humour. did you see the smiley? i guess some people dont understand jokes.
Stop flaming and trying to start arguments on forums. I wanted to clear my name as an accused hacker.
I have proceeded to do so. Wether im unbanned or not is up for the admin to decide

We have our own policies about hackers. All servers have their own policies.
We are tired of all undetected hacks. We run this server as we decide is the best for this clan.
And We have enough PLAYERS AND FRIENDS to have fun and enjoy a good battle.

You are really not interested in clean your name.
You only needed to ask how pbbans can help you to clear you ban, but not.....
That was not enough.
Going to pbbans and point to us with a link to show all the world.
"see how some admins deal with this problem."
This only means you are trying to denigrate our clan.
And for that reason, no matter if they clear your ban, your ban in this server will stay permanent.

To pbbans Admins:

You were asked by Mort to to give explanation as to why his name appeared on your server. Had you given this explanation without including your offensive personal opinions, my guess is that the owner of the server would have immediately lifted the ban. Instead, you decided to criticize and ridicule which compelled Mort to include a link back to the TFC website, obviously meant as an insult to the TFC admins. The ban was certainly made permanent as a result of this insult and not because of any misinterpretation of the the information your server provides. You will most certainly find greater success educating server admins when you can learn to eliminate the arrogance so aptly demonstrated in your replies.

Did you post this on the PB thread If not you probably should.

As everybody knows the quality of PB has diminished over the years. I didn't know it had gotten so bad they can't afford Professional paid employees, And have resorted to using volunteers from grade school.
Punk Buster has become a big fucking joke.

I did not know why other servers stopped streaming to pbbans until today.
We are not streaming to pbbans anymore.

I guess I do not get it when people DEMAND proof that they are hacking when they were banned from any server for suspected hacking??

This is a server that is NOT paid for by them or any funds from then so it is a "Private" server that anyone can be banned for ANY reason.

I have been kicked from 145 servers and banned from 1 (do not even remember what the name of that server is) but there are LOTS of other servers to play on if you want to look for them.

Just my take on the basic demand for proof that someone is hacking when they get banned...
