Server has to many rules.

The server has everything it needs to be a global server a central location and playable pings globally.

But the server has to many rules for 2015-2016,

The players all know how to play and know what to expect, they dont need protection on the last flag or the carrier and dont want it. We would rather fight our way out or go down trying. We dont need warnings put up about everything. Take a leef out of some of the other servers still successful. Minimal Admin intervention and No rules its a War game.

Rule #1 - No hacks, No glitchs, No RedLine, No Disruptive play.

PS: The last RULE added before the server was deserted and turned of was #15.- No commanders while less than 10 active players, unless chinese has no flags to find the last player. This rule goes agianst everything that makes & stands for BF2. BF3 is the game without a commander. I myself and many others stopped playing on your server back then because of the excessive rules and admin activety.

We have relaxed the rules alot due to the fact there are fewer players these days but =TFC= will never be an admin free no rules server. the last flag protection is designed to prevent rapes of a last base by air attack. you can still attack on ground with vehicles and troops and it also gives those on last flag situation a chance to comeback without being spawn raped and artied and bombed every 2 seconds. if u get on our server there is not 15 rules anymore. just a few important ones weekend warriors does not even allow you to attack the carrier. we just ask you wait till the U.S. has a flag first. And we do not put up a warning about everything. im guessing you have not had an opportunity to play on our server since we restarted it. Our web page still shows rules from the past.. but as i mentioned we have relaxed alot of them. and dont warn people for things they should already know. The only rules we really have now are specific to what we want on our server. which is pretty much in line with all servers out there.. except our last flag rule. the commander rule for under 10 players i will remove as it honestly dont make that big a difference and we do appreciate your imput and feedback on making our server a better place to play and hope to see you on the battlefield soon ..GunnySgtJR

Every player I have ever talked to likes this rule because nobody likes being repeatedly spawn raped by air craft.  
The only players that I can see not wanting this rule would be the rapists.

Why is the remaining population playing on servers with Vanilla bf2 rules, They are consistantly getting pinned down at flags and fighting there way out with eryx's & 50 cal's. They are not worried about KDR or individual scores, it about fighting to the end not giving up.

The only players that i see wanting the rule would be noobs & stats paders that want the game to go longer to increase there personal score. Pound them, crush them, cap them out.

PS: We all have Eryx's and should know how to use them. 6 eryx players will push back all air attack.

ScudRocket, thats why there are several other servers to play on. everyone has there way they like to play. we have played on other servers. and found the constant raping of last flag, and the stat padding from just constant killing and not taking the flag, so they can increase the scores to be very irritating. so we run ours this way and we play the game we like. and if you like those others there are definitely a few to choose from. but since we pay for this one we dont have to deal with the hackers the stat padding or anything we dont like. Were not begging any one to come here.. Everyone is certainly welcome here. but this was made for our clan and those who do like the way we are set up. Hope you can find a server you do like. but ours suits us fine. Again You are welcome to join us anytime. Dont get me wrong your server is great i i have had hundreds if not thousands of game on it. Its Just hard to get a server populated nowadays.

Even last night Australian time i joined the server to try and get it popupated. there was only 2 active players me and another. There was a Admin that didnt spawn in. Both me and the other player where kicked repeatively for attacking the carrier by the Admin that didnt spawn in. Why would anyone get kicked while trying to populate the server, i was kicked for flying over the carrier, the server wasnt even in game mode.

PS: even more bizare i was in Squad with a few TFC guys and one of them said in voice "look at that Scudrocket he is just flying around and he just got 4 kills really quickly, thats a bit suss" lol thought i was gunna get kicked for a killing to many.

We added bots today to help get the server running that should help

When BF2 was still vibrant, I liked the no air on last flag rule, but I must agree with Scud with the way things are now.

There are still the occasional noobs, but most ppl still playing are vets and should be able to defend last flag/advance by now.

That, and it's sometimes nice to just get pounded by air and capped out quickly to get to another round (except when stat padders are prolonging things, but that doesn't really happen anymore.)

Any yes, I am one of those rapists, lol (only in BF2!).

That said, TFC is TFC and gotta respect the rules laid down by the ppl providing the server.
