Okay, I do not hack and never had the need too....so someone needs to listen here

I have been playing fine, even last night. I had a issue a few days ago where something weird happened and it said I was kicked due to AIMBOT. Which I have never hacked or anything. I tried my other machine, same thing. Couldn't get in. I did some research, and it seems that my serial key got stolen. So I contacted Even Balance to find this out, and they verified it was stolen and that I had to use another. But before I did I had to clean my system up because of spyware and crap which it had (due to me downloading some torrents lately).

Now, people who know me know I don't hack. I am 35 years old, and have no need for it. My STATS even show that I have never hacked so why on earth would you do this without even talking to me? Others are having issues with the same situation I read.

Again, you may log into my machine and look if you want! I don't care! I don't hack. So someone needs to call me immediately about this as I think this was a bit unfair that you didn't even talk to me before deciding this?

Please PM me for my phone # and we can talk. I will be home from work in about 2 hours if not and will be on vent.

You will contact www.evenbalance.com and appeal your ban.
If you are not guilty, they will clear everything related to this ban.
If evenbalance clear your ban from your history, we will accept evenbalance decision.

Like I said, I contacted them and because my serial # was stolen, they won't released it, it's permanent. I am playing now fine with a new serial #.

There is a difference, your stats prove you were a hacker, mine aren't as I never hacked. But these guys seem to think every little thing that pops up warning them makes you a hacker. I am starting to see that now.

YOU WERE BANNED FOR USING AIMBOT.
Why are we going to trust you ? just because you say it.
You were a recruit trying to prove you deserve to be here, and then suddenly you are banned for using aimbot.
That's the way we treat all hackers, and if you are not interested in prove you are not guilty then you dont deserve to be in this clan.

We are a clan and we dont want to be affected for accepting a member previously banned for using aimbot without a proof of innocence.

Evenbalance said once the serial # is stolen, it's gone, and they will never release that account again. Why do you think I am playing again? how do you think I got another serial #? Have you ever done any research yourself and see how many people out there were wrongfully banned? Probably not. Tell me this, where is the proof? I can't find any myself when I look. But it is pretty obvious where you stand.

I HAVE GONE TO EVENBALANCE AND TALKED TO THEM. MY GUID IS BANNED WHICH IS MY SERIAL # WHICH WAS STOLEN. THERE IS NOTHING THEY OR I CAN DO TO GET THAT BACK EVER BECAUSE IT'S ALREADY IN SOMEONE ELSES HANDS. They will not UNBAN THAT id. I did what they said and now I am back on with a new Key.

The player CANT be banned, it is always the cd key what is banned, but if any admin check your player's history, they will find you were banned for using aimbot and if they ask for any proof of your innocence, what are you going to answer ?
Are you going to answer because evenbalance made I mistake and the world must believe you.
They will ask for a proof, and the proof is the answer from evenbalance telling you, you are innocent.
How can we read that answer ? only if you give us a link to evenbalance site to read it.

He was not caught by pbbans, he was banned by evenbalance.com and like I said I dont think he is hacking, but he needs to follow the procedure to prove it.
But, If he decided to experiment with hacks due to lack of skills, then he is paying the price until he proves he is not guilty.
