is it the rules iv seen other wake servers with 40 players in them they seem to be full a lot . when I scan for wake servers there is only 4 and 2 have a high ping . what's it cost to run a server .
not trying to be a pain I just don't like playing the other bf games .

Since gamespy closed there are very few servers or people even playing the BF2. There is only one wake island server left (Weekend warriors) And there is only about five or six servers left altogether. So starting a new server or changing a few rules is not going to help.

However, Weekend Warriors seems to have started a new 'Best Maps' server that's reasonably well attended, at last as of Nov 15/16! BR Friends of War also has people, but its ping for me is higher than WW or TFC was, and disappointingly, they don't seem to have voice .. it would have been fun to have learned a bit of Brazilian Portuguese ...

ya me too it seams with the fewer servers the die hard fans will come and play with all the members hear it seams the server would be full . or post when the best time you can play is .
but hate to see it go I enjoy playing in the tfc server and with all the menbers
