| From other threads, posting here with descriptive title for guests and members to see and rejoice over: - DangerousDoug wrote:
- DGunn53 you can now use BF2HUB instead of Battlelog/Revive. BF2HUB just released an update so you can still keep your rank.
Register on their site using your original name and password. https://www.bf2hub.com/home/ - DangerousDoug wrote:
- BF2HUB has just released a new update for those of you who did not backup their accounts/CD-keys in time.
So you can still register with bf2hub and backup your account/CD-keys, (so you can Play bf2 and keep your rank) at https://www.bf2hub.com/home/downloads.php
For those who hadn't saved their profiles in time with Hub or Revive, here's your chance to get on it. --th

| Good question. That sucks since you're playing with Soulabducter. Maybe try registering on the Hub site with that username/email/pass? I don't see how that would really help, but I'm just throwing out suggestions. You could try contacting the Hub site to see what they suggest.

| Quote from BF2Hub Support:
Since the backup error message says "invalid username and/or your password" you already know that either your username or your password is incorrect.
Please try the following FOR EACH of your accounts that got an error message:
1. Download the BF2Hub Password Encrypt Tool -> http://www.bf2hub.com/downloads/bf2hubpwdenc.exe 2. Enter the password for your account 3. Click "Copy Encrypted Password to Clickboard" 4. Open your Profiles.con file of your account 5. Find -> LocalProfile.setPassword "SOMERANDOMSTRING" 6. Replace " SOMERANDOMSTRING" with the encrypted password 7. Save your Profiles.con file of this account
Note: - The term SOMERANDOMSTRING means the character string between the double quotes! - You find your Profiles.con file of your account in Documents -> Battlefield 2 -> Profiles -> Profilenumber (e.g.: 0001, 0002, 0003,...)
If you have done the steps above for all your accounts that got an error message start the backup with BF2Hub again.

| We need as many ppl on or there will be no one to kill!!! Nice info from BF2Hub support, Doug. If that doesn't work, I think Soul just might be SOL. Search them memory banks in your head, Soul. Figure out that password. | |

| Thanks Doug, tried, but no luck. My password for Soul is the same for P0G so it's strange that P0G is verified and Soul is not. *sigh* | |

This error has to do with antivirus program. I have Kaspersky 2014 and turning off application protection helped me with the database error.
