Unban please...look at battle recorder

Hello all....it was just about 5 minutes ago...Saturday May 17th, at about 3:55pm Pacific Standard Time... I was on the american side, china had the airfield (last flag), I got in the chopper to steal it (at the China airfield), and immediately was taking fire from someone in a buggy mounted machine gun and someone else laying at the other end of the flag/field. All I did was return fire to stop those 2 threats...then I took off and was heading out of the base over the water back to the carrier for repairs...then I got rammed by a Chinese J-10, then I was banned for last flag attack... If you look at the battle recording, it is exactly how I described it....it's not like I was hovering over the last flag attacking the crap out of everyone...I do know better than that..... All I did was to shoot back at the two guys trying to kill me, then was leaving the last flag area....again, please look at the tape and let me know what your decision is....thanks everyone!

From what you have said, You attacked last flag with chopper.
Just because someone was shooting at you IS NO EXCUSE PERIOD.
You have a 48hr Ban.

That is air attack on last flag. Whether you are in the air or on the ground using it to "defend" yourself makes no difference.

The ban is for 48 hours.

Not only that but you team shoot allot and jerk around to much from most of the times I have seen you playing. You were jerkin round on the carrier also with your team mate. Its fun to bust balls but not F%&k with your team beside breaking other rules.
