Requesting Unban

Hello. I’m requesting that the ban be rescinded. Please permit me to explain my reasoning.

I’ve played on the server numerous times and have been a good team player.

Please look again at the battle recorder. Morten is lying about me killing people on the carrier. I did not kill a single person on the carrier! (though I had plenty of chances) It was the other two guys on the my team, not me (yes, I did encourage and enable them).
Furthermore, I only had 5 kills the entire game. (guess I’m a poor base raper - lol)

The real reason I was reported was because Morten didn’t like me pointing out his crying about being raped by those guys. When I joined the game the two other guys were losing badly. Once we won back all the bases, Morten engaged in unsportsmanlike non-stop pad raping behavior. Everyone was quite frustrated about it (heat of the battle you know). I pointed this out to him when he was getting his comeuppance, and he didn’t like it, so he then brags about getting me banned (abuse of his “friend of the admin” status perhaps?) even though I reminded him I didn’t kill anyone on the carrier. He later pointed out that I passed the island (wasn’t aware of that rule) which is true and stated that all his raping was legally allowed. It may be permitted by the rules, but it’s still unsportsmanlike.

You were told repeatedly not to attack the carrier, that if you continue to do it you would be banned.
You chose not to listen. It is nobody else's fault but your own. Do not try to blame other players!

The truth is usmc team did a great job starting the round not letting you take off from airfield and they captured 3 flags.
usmc kept the flags for a couple of minutes.
morten killed you a lot of times.
later in game you recaptured all your flags
You.... knowing the rules, decided to break them because no admin was playing.
morten warned you about the ban and you did not care.
At least you were raping the carrier for 5 min.
When your gunner felt into the water, you picked him up to keep the rape.
A player with respect for our rules, would move away from carrier or do something to stop the rule breaker.
You are guilty for breaking our rules and for encouraging him to break them.
morten did not abuse any "friend of the admin"
Any player reporting rule breakers is a friend of this clan.

How can these folks lie and expect you to believe them. If they are not aware that they are being idiots that is even sadder. Thsi type of behavior is very bad and sad.

Does this guy honestly believe that anybody cares enough about what he says to ban him for it.
And that just because he suspects this person has a friend in the clan that a clan member would ban somebody, because a friend was insulted by another guest.
Complete lunacy.   p.s. morten was not crying, he was warning you. morten was not bragging HE WAS WARNING YOU!!

I did not lie and the battlerecorder shows it. I admitted to breaking the rules by encouraging (a couple times verbally but not shown in transcript presented) and enabling (which is the flying for one of them for a short period as shown in the video) and basically being an idiot (I referenced the heat of the battle didn’t I?). Did you miss all of that in my statement, Cpt? Naturally when pleading one’s case, one tries to focus on the distortions by the accuser and point out any mitigating circumstances in the hopes for some leniency. Shouldn’t punishment should fit the crime? I’d like to think a boot would’ve been more appropriate or a temp ban if need be. Perhaps judgment with rehabilitation in mind.

Apparently past history as a good player is not considered a mitigating circumstance.

Apparently the fact that I didn’t kill one single person on the carrier was not a mitigating circumstance. (It was noted that Morton killed me several times early is the game. I didn’t try to kill him even one time when I had the opportunity. I could have easily pounded the h**l out of him in the later stages of the game, but did not. Those choppers have rockets you know and if I soloed I could have gotten a lot more)
It’s evident that’s he has at least some “friend of the admin” status as he was already a member of this forum and referenced the judge’s name during the game (see transcript).

Those boys wanted their comeuppance and were taking it. My transgression as shown in the video was only enabling one of them for a short period of time. And that period of time occurred only after Morton’s crying and threats. I was soloing, watching the bases, and wasn’t even near the carrier when he started all that. My transgression (all of which is shown in the video), all occurred afterward. One of the guys asked me to pick him up. I did and enabled him to do some damage, thus cementing my pariah status.

Hey officer…..that guy with the good driving record traveled 15 mph over the speed limit going down the highway……… take away his license and throw him in jail for life!

The only reason you weren't shooting people on the carrier was because you knew damn well you're not supposed to be out there in the first place.
And again nobody was crying they were trying to warn you!

My traffic analogy is more accurate, though yours sounds a lot better.
Doug, he was threatening me, not warning me. He was only getting raped by the other two guys, not me. Why was he stating he'd ban me when I hadn't come near the carrier by myself or with anyone else?  The obvious reason is because of my comments telling him to basically quit crying and his knowledge of an admins reaction to a report. If you look at the timeline you'll see he stated all that before I ever approached the carrier. He lumped me in with the other two guys only because of me telling him to quit crying.  It was only afterward that I brought that one guy out there to do his damage.
I love your logic about the rape.  You state I restrained myself because of I knew I was doing wrong, but why restrain myself?  It's a rape, right?  One of my arguments for leniency was that I restrained myself in spite of the frustration.  Thank you for agreeing that I did restrain myself.  
I assumed you have a history of the players and their performance on your servers, but perhaps you don't.  Punkbuster et. all..

I'm thinking some of the transcript is still missing.

I see that the ruling is final, but please permit me to add a few more items for you to ponder before I depart. My attitude was mentioned, but I believe my comments on this forum have been nothing but respectful and sticking to the facts. I hope you're only referring to my attitude during that game.

Sat July 27 2013: Dano, a TFC clan member is reported for cussing out another player who’s gunning for him. I guess TheLousyShot isn’t the only one who gets frustrated and carried away by another person’s bad play, which in this case is Morten’s pad raping and comments. I have to agree with Dano’s statement that “I am passionate as I have a few minutes/ hours to play......I get pissed”>>>”and I will be as compassionate as always ................so ......................stop your.........................................”. Meanwhile, TheLousyShot has never cussed out a teammate. (sry to pick on you Dano, just trying to bolster my case)
Wed. Oct 9th: 2013 Morton requests unbanning. Morten was banned for carrier raping, but only for a week. Imagine that….Morton was carrier raping?! I wonder how many guys he killed during his pad raping session?? Meanwhile, TheLousyShot has a clean record.

Sunday Jan 26th 2014: Morton was reported for carrier raping on your forum by cpt. cut. (I’m starting to detect a pattern here) He later reported he wasn’t 100% sure, but still noted that Morten landed on carrier with jet and knew better. No investigation noted, nor any type of reprimand for the offender. Meanwhile, TheLousyShot’s record is still good.

So… a guy who actually killed people raping the carrier gets only a week’s punishment, while a guy who only enabled someone else to kill on the carrier, but didn’t actually kill anyone, gets banned for life. Hmmmm.

Last time, nobody was crying. He was complaining about somebody breaking a rule that is not crying!
Nobody cares if you shoot off your mouth accusing somebody of crying. you're just not that important in anybody's world.
You broke the rule, you won't face up, you have a poor attitude and are never welcome in this server again.
That is the final answer!

I just want to say, I always feel bad when it comes to this and a player is perma banned.
