morning guys, its feb 6th at 5 am alaska time and i log on to american side and spawn to fossii hot seating cobra on ship and do do lan tving every thing on ship, us has no flags, i tell them to stop breaking the rules and fossiii tells me its fine to do as he is not flying or did not pass artty island. he is a reg as is this asshole do do lan who is alwayse breaking rules when no adminns are on, i know that in the late late nite and early mornings he is up to no good as i have wittnessed it many many times, please take care of do do most harshly , fossiii on the other hand usually plays on the up and up, dont know why today he was beeing a tard?

After playing the Battle recorder, DO_DO_LAN and Fosiii were banned

DO_DO_LAN was intentionally teamkilling his team and attacking the carrier with Z10 and killing usmc players more times that what you will see in the video whem usmc had no flags.

fosiii was in the cobra at carrier killing usmc players.
When wabbit told him he was breaking the rules, fosiii said.

Rule #1 is very specific.
1.- No Jets or choppers attacking carrier while usmc has no flags.

This includes things like..
Shooting the carrier AA gun with the cobra, while trying to steal it.
Sweeping people with the cobra when trying to steal it.
Doing anything to anyone or the carrier other than lift off and fly away, even if you are being shot at.

If this guy argues "people are not the carrier, your rule says no attacking carrier, it doesn't say anything about attacking PEOPLE on the carrier..." then I guess he learned his lesson...

it doesn't say anything about attacking PEOPLE.
Regular players like him know what "attacking carrier" means.
Anyway, I will make a small change in the rule to be more specific.

"#1.- No Jets or choppers attacking assets or people at carrier while usmc has no flags."

But if someone comes saying he was attacking carrier because he wanted it to sink it, I will not add "The carrier cant be sunk"

Since Fosiii is trying to say that the rule is subjective and that he was attacking the people on the ship and NOT the ship itself,
I would say that he failed miserably because I saw most of his shots hitting the carrier as well as hitting the people ON it so
he still in fact guilty of attacking the ship!
