The bots on the server, make a great server un-playable,  the bots unbalance the teams every day.

checking the server stats, you have enough regulars to start the game in peak times so the bots are not needed at them times.

3v3 on wake can be a great game.  the bots a fucking that up by making it 4v2 & 5v1 and with idol players it can be 6 v 0

Turn the Idol player kick on it doesn't take 2 hours to have a piss, and they stuffing the game.

A 32 player server only takes 6 players to start not 8,  this is a huge difference when starting and keeping a server up.

you have not had more than 32 real players on you server for any extended period of time, only once in the last month

Players will idol and practice pre game while other players join, Bots are only necessary for timed stats padding servers.

this graph included your 11 bots,






Before the bots the server was populated for longer periods during the day, and more players over all.  

Also turn your idol kick on so AFK players aren't causing the unbalance.

the server will do better from return customers saving the server to favourites, not because it is on the populated server search.

The only aussie servers left are 32 players and the dont run bots, regulars jump in and start it up. 6 players to start is not many. 

I know i wont bother joining a bot server if it only has a few players, but i will join if the server has a few player and no bots. 

Think about it,  you server could be running 24/7,  BF2 players play only for the teamplay, your server provides that when the bots are gone.

This is not 100% true.
I am watching the server almost all day and I know bots are not unbalancing the teams during afternoons and evenings.
And I know bots are needed to populate the server faster.

Weekend warriors server, the most populated wake island server is using bots and they have AFK players also.
This is not related to bots.
A less populated server is related to the lack of BF2 players.

We had a 32 players server in the past.
We had only 6 bots with our own names.
We started having problems with bots (connecting/disconnecting) and we are working with the bots host trying to figure out the reason of the problem.
This is the reason of having 12 bots, actually only 11 connecting most of the time.
We cant find the reason yet about bots connecting or disconnecting.
12 bots is a temporary measure.

Regular players are always coming to play.

You are from Australia right ?
If you try to play in times when no admins are watching or playing in the server, then nobody will balance the teams and this will be always a problem, and not only because unbalanced teams, because players will be breaking rules as well.

To be clear, I mean autobalancing of idles/bots and not all players like bf2cc autobalancer.

The server was full yesterday i couldn't join, when i did get in i could see the where stilll 11 bots & 4 idol players, so there was only 33 active players.

there was admin on but the bots and idol player where not kicked.

Cant you ban the Bots for a time limit, that way you can ban them and they will come back later when the ban is auto lifted.

I think if the idol players and all he bots where kicked when the server gets up to 20 + players the server would get more real players on and effectively last longer.

Just thoughts to get the server up for you and me to play on.
