This is the first time I see this glitch.
The F18 was floating over the runway.

Thats a new one on me, I just wonder if someone was taking off and got disconnected and the plane came to a stop there but without wheels, LOL

Blancov tha answer is obvious. It is clearly a very short pilot doing a slow speed low pass over the runway.
