hey guys , well i finally did it i got banned for my mouth this morning i used a BAD racial word, sorry for that . no excuse other that i was so pissed off at all the tards in server this am from 530 till 7oo, puet was there he knows how it wqas he even left , between the last flag rape and artty, the j10s at ship and no one caring about the server i lost my temper, i an truely sorry for that ,i hope you find it in your hearts to lift my ban, and i want to appoligize if i offended any one, i am not a prejutice person, was just a bad choice of words, pvt pyle really pissed me off. hope you understand.

nice to find your server... i was on your server playing by all the rules. (before playing in servers i check the scrolling rules) around 10:30-11:00 am eastern time i was playing on your server and the teams were really loppsided because of several idle players. when i got the chance to switch teams i did because it didnt seem to fun for the other team and that sort of thing will kill a server. i DID NOT switch to the winning team. i then jumped into a jet bailed out at airfield, took flag, became commander and defended the airfield flag for several minutes. china took flag back and thats when wabbit and a two others began raping carrier. this went on even AFTER we lost ALL flags. i was being taunted by wabbit all game to which i just laughed... raping the carrier with jets and choppers is noobish and takes no skill so i paid it no mind. i returned the ribbing in chat all while reminding these three players that they were breaking several rules. they seemed not to care because apparently i pissed them off by taking airfield in the beginning and using my arty as commander. i didnt know that defending a flag and using arty was so offensive but apparently it is to wabbit. so after a few reminders of them breaking the rules i was called the N word. which i dont find offensive to be honest because anyone that uses the word is pretty much ignorant and not worth it. my opinion which may not mean much because i am new to this server, is that wabbit should be unbanned because of how much fun it is to own him and have him get so upset about it that he starts dropping the N word. to me that is entertainment. do as you will with him but that is my humble opinion. just to be clear he was not the only one KNOWINGLY breaking the rules. although he is the only one that used the RACIST SLUR N word.

Wabbit, I have played with you several times, and I always considered you a hell of a skilled player(no fun being in the team oppposite to yours...lol), plus a mature player that ALWAYS(at least that I have knowledge of) plays by the rules, and even advise others to do so, helping admins to keep things running smoothly and making game better for everyone. I also noticed that you did one thing wich is very difficult and that I value a lot: you admitted your mistake, showed you were sorry for it and apologised. That is something I admire.
That being said, I must on the other hand stress out the fact that I really feel you were very wrong in considering that calling anyone "the N word" is an acceptable behaviour, and I really resent the fact that you did that. Whenever you want to insult anyone, call him/her an asshole, a jerk, stupid... you choose, but please, do not EVER, EVER insult anyone using any kind of racial prejudice.
It is not up to me to decide your ban lift; if it was, I would lift it , regarding your general past behaviour ; I am not in favour of "crucifying" a man based on one (even if it is a huge) mistake . However, I would make it a one week ban, and then when I would lift it I would stress out that this "N word episode " was FORGIVEN, BUT NOT FORGOTTEN.
Hope all this will be sorted out in a nice way to everyone, and look forward to see you in the Battlefield soon enough(in my team, of course...lol)

Just a reminder that if this was said over a mic than thats one thing, we all let stuff slip once in awhile...but when typed, there is a conscious effort to relay the thought to the hands, to the keyboard, of which there is no excuse and why I believe the the ban should stand. Just my opinion.

Wabbit's been off his rocker all week. Threatening to get me banned for things I didn't do. Breaking the rules he claims to champion. Although the fun usually ends when he joins, I hope he is feeling better soon.

I have received messages from players asking me to ban you because of the words and tone you use in chat.
I explained them this is a free speech server, but to be honest, sometimes you abuse that freedom.
In very rare ocassions we lift a ban when it is related to a racist slur.
Considering the time you have been playing here, that Jason is your nephew which I consider a good friend and he is a member of this clan and the kind of help you have provided to keep this server clean, the ban will stay only one week.
The same =TFC= clan member you accused of using hacks suggested me to not keep the ban permanently.
But you need to keep your mouth and temper under control wabbit, specially with racist slurs and insults to =TFC= clan members.

First and foremost i want to say (I AM VERY SORRY TO THE TFC CLAN FOR A UNEXCUSABLEY BAD ACTION ON MY PART) YOU PEOPLE HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD TO ME ! and i do consider myself a friend of your clan and i hope that you feel the same way towards me. I am thankful that you have banned me for only 1 week ,i know that under the circumstances i should be permabanned and i would understand. in the future i will try not to respond to the bs that occures in game with sach a bad attitude . I really like the game play here as well as the rules that are in place, it makes for great fun , and im sorry if i spoil it for others, that is not my intention, we are all here to enjoy ourselves,in the future i hope to show you that i mean what i say. thanks for excepting my most humble apology. you will never see or hear that from me again. and E641 TO YOU I GIVE A PERSONAL APOLOGY! I accept your apology, I was having a bad day myself when you and I had our run in, I chose to leave the server before I said something I shouldn't. I would like to say that you really add to your team when you are playing and help by letting others know the rules when you see them broken. There are those on the server that I consider online friends and I would like to continue that way. I/TFC expect more from regular players.

I got accused of it yesterday.. It was great, I was flattered! LOL.. The player later apologized for accusing me of it when we switched teams though.
